PERFORM IN DAVIS COMMUNITY IDOL AND WIN $$$!

You too can be the star of the stage!

Everybody deserves their 5 minutes in the spotlight! 

So, if you think you've got singing talent, "Community Idol" is waiting for you! 

When?  October 15, 2011 at 7:00pm

Where?  Brunelle Performing Arts Building (Davis Senior High campus)

What?   Perform in front of an audience and judges for the chance to win the $150 first prize or $50 audience choice winner.

 

Modeled after the popular American Idol, "Community Idol" offers adult residents of the Davis community the opportunity to show off their singing talent.  Amateur or professional, all levels of performers are welcome to apply. 

You must be an adult 18 years (post-high school) of age or older (no one is too old). Applicants who are Davis residents or work in the Community are preferred.

No auditions required. 

 

WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NOW!!!

We only have room for 12 contestants.  So apply early so that you can be among the first 12 applicants -- selection of contestants is made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  (A waiting list will be generated after the first 12 applications are received. )

 

 There is a $15 application fee.  This is non-refundable for those applicants who participate as contestants.  Applicants who do not participate will receive a refund in full. 

 

Deadline for applications has been extended   Each contestant will perform a song of their choice from a karaoke-style CD of their making.
